Speed Control

Speed Control
Inverter
An inverter is a power supply to control a frequency [Hz] of a three-phase induction motor for variable speed. Since the rotation speed of an induction motor is determined by the number of poles and frequency, a speed control can be done by changing a frequency. A 4-pole induction motor, for instance, constantly rotates 1500min-1 at 50Hz and 1800min-1 at 60Hz. By mounting an inverter between a power supply and motor, the speed of motor can be optionally changed regardless of the frequency of power supply.

It is the "Static Leonard method" non-stage speed change motor that combines a separately-excited motor appropriate to variable speed with the SCR control device controllable by a weak electric signal of a few mA. The speed can be changed from high to low infinitely at stable rotations. It has the "Static Leonard method" non-stage speed change motor that combines a separately-excited motor appropriate to variable speed with the SCR control device controllable by a weak electric signal of a few mA. The speed can be changed from high to low infinitely at stable rotations. It has an excellent control responsiveness and high rotational accuracy (+/-2%) , and the operation is incredibly simple.

 Variable Speed Pulley
A speed change pulley that is used for our company name constitutes the core of MIKI PULLEY speed changer and reducer product lines. By changing the pitch diameter of the belt of pulley, a speed control of the device can be easily performed. Due to the mechanical speed control, the maintenance is easy, and a stable power transmission and speed control can be obtained. There are wide variations such as the integrated unit with motor or reducer, model with brake motor or hollow/solid shaft reducer. Therefore, a stable power transmission can be provided for a complex control method as well as speed control.
